Are humans naturally meat eaters?

Who lives healthier, vegans or meat eaters?

How much coffee is healthy?

About three to four cups per day are considered safe. This amount can promote concentration without affecting sleep quality. However, consumption may increase after a period of habituation. Therefore, make sure to reduce your caffeine and coffee intake on at least two days a week, for example, on weekends.

How does caffeine affect the body?

Caffeine blocks the effect of the messenger substance adenosine, which signals fatigue. This makes you feel more alert and focused. This means that coffee does not directly provide new energy itself; coffee only forces the body, biochemically, to continue releasing energy and using up its reserves. 

Why is it so difficult to quit coffee?

First of all, it is difficult to reverse long-standing habits. However, there may be other causes of low energy levels. This means that coffee withdrawal can be overcome, but the underlying energy problem remains, which is why people compensate with coffee or caffeine (energy drinks) again. Problems with the thyroid gland, food intolerances, and other causes may also play a role.
